The Habouss bag is named after Casablanca’s district Les Habous. It’s the first modern district of Casablanca developed mainly between the years 1920-1930. It is also an exceptional medina where several French architects mix Moroccan traditions with urban town planning. Today it’s mainly artisans and booksellers’ home.
